Lessons with a native speaker – meetings with Ms. Meghan Ziajka, a Californian mother of 3 children. The aim of the classes is to open children to communicating in English. Children participate in activities, play, and listen to the books are read.

Magic English – classes led by a teacher Natalia Damięcka. This class introduces young children to the magical world of English. An innovative method based on music, movement, and sensory experiences – children will begin to explore a foreign language through play from a young age.

English Review – 15-30-minute daily English review, reinforcing songs, rhymes, and vocabulary.

Dance Classes – musical appreciation and dance lessons with choreographer Ms. Dominika Cichocka. Children learn basic dances in an accessible way, explore new movement patterns, and develop coordination and strength.

Gymnastics – classes led by physiotherapist Ewa Staromłyńska are designed to improve children’s motor skills, strengthening core muscles, developing and maintaining proper posture and movement. They are tailored to the age and needs of children.

Yoga for Children – through yoga classes, we teach children to relax, release tension, and thus calm down and reduce stress. The goals of the classes are to improve well-being and concentration, while physical aspects include strengthening strength and developing flexibility. Yoga classes are part of our integrated program of activities aimed at improving the quality of daily life. The classes are led by Ewa Staromłyńska.

Themed Events – these are special days, most often related to the program theme of a given month, such as children’s theater, a visit from our friendly dog Molly with her behaviorist, a visit from Santa Claus, Christmas workshops with parents, culinary workshops, carnival balls, a visit from a beekeeper or alpacas. Our children also go on one-day trips, for example, to a pumpkin farm, the theater, the library, museum, cinemas, visits to sensory rooms… (parents are responsible for tickets and transportation costs).

Lead: Physiotherapist Ewa Staromłyńska

Where did the idea come from?

As educators, we observe children’s motor deficits and their small problems, especially when seen in a group. Unfortunately, we can’t prevent them, and a physiotherapist can help. As part of the subscription fee, we offer physiotherapy supervision, meaning regular check-ups by a qualified individual.

Program Goal

It aims to identify and normalize motor deficits early. These primarily include balance disorders, postural muscle weakness, and vestibular and proprioceptive disorders (deep sensation).

Why is a child’s motor development so important?

The sooner we address these deficits, the less they will accumulate in later development. Preschool and early school difficulties in the cognitive, emotional and social areas are largely due to reduced motor skills, which become discreetly noticeable already in the preschool period.

The Advantages of Individual Work over Group Work

One-on-one work offers greater opportunities and is more precise, especially when working with young children. We can correct movement or align the body in the correct axes. Sometimes, assistance is needed to initiate movement.
